Every project follows a structured six-phase process designed to keep things clear, collaborative, and beautifully on track. I offer flat‑fee pricing tailored to the scope of your project, beginning at $3,500.
Phase 1: Discovery & Consultation
We begin with a short inquiry form and complimentary Discovery Call. Then, we’ll schedule an in-home consultation to tour the space and explore how the redesign can support you.
Phase 2: Proposal & Agreement
You’ll receive a customized proposal outlining scope, fees, and next steps. Once the agreement and retainer are in place, your project is officially booked.
Phase 3: Concept Development & Budgeting
We collaborate on design aesthetics, space planning, and a budget framework that reflects your goals.
Phase 4: Design Presentation & Revisions
You’ll receive a curated presentation with floorplans, materials, and merchandise. We refine as needed to ensure everything feels just right.
Phase 5: Orders & Installations
Orders are placed and trades are coordinated. I stay closely involved to ensure smooth installations and thoughtful finishing touches.
Phase 6: Project Close
We celebrate the results, and you’ll receive a personalized Care Guide to support your space for years to come.

These projects follow the same structured six-phase process as the full-service design package, scaled to fit shorter timelines. I offer flat‑fee pricing tailored to the scope of your project, beginning at $300.
