Phase 2: Design Services Agreement & Deposit
You’ll receive a customized Design Services Agreement outlining scope, fees, and next steps. Once your signature and deposit are received, your project is officially booked.
Phase 3: Concept Development & Investment
We collaborate on design aesthetics, space planning, and an investment framework that reflects your goals and priorities. I'll gather additional details on site as needed to ensure accuracy in the next steps.
Phase 4: Design Presentation & Revisions
You’ll receive a curated Design Presentation with floor plans, materials, and merchandise selections. We refine the design together so everything feels just right, and you'll approve a Merchandise Proposal before any purchasing begins.
Phase 5: Orders & Installations
I remain closely involved while orders are placed and trades are coordinated to ensure smooth installations and thoughtful finishing touches.
Phase 6: Project Close
We celebrate the results, and you’ll receive a personalized Care Guide to support your space for years to come.
